Items purchased directly from kate spade new york stores or on katespade.co.uk have a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing faults on all their leather goods products, jewelry and tech. Our watches and smartwatches have a two-year warranty.
Please note, in order to raise a warranty claim, you must show a valid proof of purchase. This can be in the form of the original receipt, an order number or a bank statement. If you have provided a bank statement and we are not able to verify the price paid for your item(s), please note you will be offered a resolution in the last selling price of the item(s) in question.

We are unable to process an exchange at our warehouse, but you can return the item for a refund by following our return instructions.
If you'd like to exchange an online purchase, you can do so at kate spade new york stores (exceptions apply, for more information visit here). Simply bring your packaging slip or order confirmation email as your proof of purchase to make the exchange.
Please ensure you have your order confirmation email showing your order number and payment method to hand in store. PayPal, Klarna and ApplePay orders cannot be refunded in store, but may be exchanged up to the value of your item(s). Please note all items purchased from our online outlet category cannot be returned at our retail store.
Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date your items are shipped back to our warehouse. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3-5 business days to see your refund reflected in your statements.
Unfortunately at this time we only offer gift cards that can be purchased at and used in Kate Spade New York stores.
We are unable to provide V.A.T refunds for items purchased from Kate Spade New York.
